933.04 AUTHORITY TO MAKE RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Director of Public Service shall make and adopt such rules and regulations as he may deem proper for the operation of the sanitary sewer system, and for the collection of the sewer service charge or rental. (Ord. 578. Passed 8-6-45.)
