In order to protect the City’s water system from contamination or pollution as a consequence of a backflow of contaminants or pollutants through the service connection into the City’s water system, the regulations on cross-connection control on file in the office of the Director of Public Service are hereby adopted and are incorporated herein as if fully set forth herein.
