(a) Residential Single Phase Service. The rates set forth in Schedule “R” attached to original Ordinance 2013-18 and incorporated herein by reference as if fully rewritten herein, entitled “Residential Single Phase Service”, are hereby fixed as the fair, proportional and reasonable rates for Residential Single Phase Service effective for all bills rendered on or after the effective date of this section.
(b) General Service Rate for Non-Residential Service. The rates set forth in Schedule “GS” attached to original Ordinance 2013-18 and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten herein, entitled “General Service Rate for Non-Residential Service”, are hereby fixed as the fair, proportional and reasonable rates for which the City’s Residential Single Phase Service (“Schedule R”) is not applicable, effective for all bills rendered on or after the effective date of this section.
(c) Large Power Service Rate. The rates set forth in Schedule “LP” attached to original Ordinance 2013-18 and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten herein, entitled “Large Power Service” are hereby fixed as the fair, proportional and reasonable rates for which the City’s Residential Single Phase Service (Schedule “R”) and General Service Rate for Non-Residential Service (Schedule “GS”) are not applicable, effect I’ve for all bills rendered on or after the effective date of this section.
(d) Power Supply Cost Adjustment. The Power Supply Cost Adjustment set forth in Rider “A” attached to original Ordinance 2013-18 and incorporated herein by reference, entitled “Power Supply Cost Adjustment Applicable to City’s Electric Rate Schedules” as set forth in said Schedules and as set forth in Rider “A”.
