921.03 PROHIBITION ON REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT.
   (a)   The owner of property or a contractor performing any type of work shall not remove from such property a meter installation, drop cable or entrance wires from any building where electric service is furnished by the Municipal Light and Power Department.
   (b)   The owner of the property or the contractor performing any work shall notify the Superintendent of the Electric Light and Power Department that to make the necessary repairs, it is necessary to remove the electric meter installation, drop cable or entrance wires. The Superintendent, after reasonable notice, will remove, relocate or replace, after the necessary repairs have been made, the equipment requested removed.
   No charge will be made to the property owner or the contractor for the expense in the change of the electric equipment removed and replaced.
