918.02 PROPERTY OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Any owner of property from which subsurface water flows onto a street or alley shall be responsible for piping such subsurface water into the Municipality's storm sewer system in accordance with regulations promulgated by the Director of Public Service.
