917.01 WRITTEN CONSENT OF COUNCIL REQUIRED FOR DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION.

No owner of real estate with the Municipality, or any person employed by the owner, shall construct a concrete or asphalt concrete driveway on any unimproved street or a part of any unimproved street, without the written consent of Council.
