Any license or renewal thereof may be revoked by the Mayor after reasonable notice and an opportunity to be heard for any violation of any provision of this chapter.
Whenever a license has been revoked by the Mayor, the Mayor shall not issue another license to the husband or wife of such licensee, or to any partnership or corporation of which he is an officer or member, until the expiration of at least one year from the date of revocation of the license.
