The fee for a junk yard license shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00).
All junk yard licenses shall expire on January l following the date of issue. A license may be renewed from year to year upon paying to the Mayor the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for each renewal.
All fees paid under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into the General Fund.
