(a) Ice fishing in or on the City of St. Clairsville’s reservoir is prohibited. No person shall ice fish or attempt to ice fish during any periods of time when ice is present on the reservoir.
(b) Appropriate signs prohibiting ice fishing shall be posted at the City’s reservoir so that the public is informed that ice fishing in or on the reservoir is prohibited.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense violation and if the offender has a prior violation of this section, the offender shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
