(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each violation shall be a separate offense. If the offender has previously been convicted of a violation of any provision, the offender shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, that has a statutory penalty greater than subsection (a) hereof, shall be subject to the penalty provided in the City ordinance or Ohio Revised Code section.
(c) These rules shall be enforced by a law enforcement officer as defined in Ohio R.C. 2901.01(K) or authorized City official and/or employee. All fines collected for any violation of any rule or regulation adopted under this chapter shall be paid into the City's General Fund or the Bikeway Fund as is advised by the City Council.
(d) All other statues, codes and ordinances that are appropriate within this jurisdiction shall apply to the bikeway.
