375.02 MODES OF TRANSPORTATION.
   (a)   Use of the bikeway may include but is not limited to bicycles, pedestrian traffic, hiking, walking, jogging, wheelchairs, skates, snowskis and rollerblades.
   (b)   No person shall operate a snowmobile as defined in Ohio R.C. 4519.01(a) on the bike trail.
   (c)   No person shall operate motorized vehicles commonly known as all terrain vehicles, all-season vehicles, mini-bikes, trail bikes, any vehicle principally used in playing golf, any motor vehicle or aircraft required to be registered under Ohio R.C. Chapter 4503 or Chapter 4561 or any vehicle excepted from definition as a motor vehicle by Ohio R.C. 4501.01(B). Emergency law enforcement and City maintenance vehicles are exempt from this rule. All unauthorized users under this subsection shall be subject to the maximum fines authorized under the Ohio Revised Code.
   (d)   No person shall ride a horse or other domestic animal on the bikeway recognizing the safety and well-being of users at the bikeway and the City's property.
   (e)   Engine-power miniature model and toy airplanes, boats, cars, sirens, or other noise- making devices shall not be permitted on the bikeway.
   (f)   All vehicles using the bikeway shall be equipped so as to not endanger the operator or other trail users.
   (g)   No person shall knowingly operate an unsafe vehicle on any portion of the bikeway. No person shall operate any vehicle or act in such a manner so as to endanger himself/herself, other bikeway users or private property owners.
