355.01 DESIGNATION.

The Chief of Police is directed to designate and mark off individual parking spaces in the Municipal Parking Lot located on South Market Street and Woodrow Avenue, which Municipal Parking Lot shall consist of four separate lots numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4.
