353.02 FREE PARKING HOURS.
   Within the Downtown Parking District there shall be two hours free parking per parking space per day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on each day excluding Sundays and legal holidays. (Ord. 92-43. Passed 9-8-92.)
