(a) No person shall park or permit to be parked any motor vehicle on Main Street, also known as U.S. Route 40, between its intersection with Butler Street and its intersection with Sugar Street on Fridays from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
(b) No person shall park or permit to be parked any motor vehicle on the following designated portions of Main Street, also known as U.S. Route 40, on Fridays from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.:
(1) From the eastern corporation limits of the City to Sugar Street; and
(2) From the western corporation limits of the City to Butler Street.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
