(a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 339.02(a):
(1) No person shall drive or operate a motor truck upon Efaw Avenue from its intersection with Taylor Lane to the intersection of Efaw Avenue and Hanson Drive except when such motor truck is being operated in a northerly direction on such street.

(2) No commercial truck shall be operated upon or driven over Hutchinson Drive from its intersection with Sunset Drive to the north end of such Hutchinson Drive, that part of Hutchinson Drive being in the Hillview Heights Third Addition to the Municipality.

(3) No person shall operate a motor vehicle whose gross weight exceeds three tons on Thompson Street, between the intersection of such street with Carroll Drive and Clark Road. (Ord. 1156A. Passed 5-1-78.)
(4) No person shall operate a motor vehicle whose gross weight exceeds five tons on Broad and Maher Streets. (Ord. 1197. Passed 6-18-79.)
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
