155.01 BOARD ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby created with the City a Revolving Loan Fund Board which shall consist of the following five members who shall serve without compensation:

(a) Mayor.

(b) Director of Public Service.

(d) Representative appointed by majority vote of Council.

(e) Representative of the bank where the City maintains its active funds on deposit.
