153.02 MEMBERSHIP.

The Records Commission shall be composed of the Mayor, the Director of Finance, Director of Law and a resident of the City who shall be appointed by the Mayor. The resident appointed by the Mayor may be an official or employee of the City.

A secretary who may or may not be a member of the Commission, shall be appointed by the Commission and shall serve at its pleasure. The Commission members and secretary shall serve without compensation.
