151.13 LONGEVITY BONUSES FOR PERMANENT NON-UNIONIZED EMPLOYEES.
   (a)   Non-union employees who are permanent employees will be entitled to a longevity bonus each calendar year. A permanent employee is one who works full or part time hours, and is not seasonal in nature. A part time employee must average thirty-two hours per week to qualify for a longevity bonus.
   (b)   Employees, who are eligible will be paid the longevity bonus in the first pay of December each calendar year.
   (c)   Eligible employees that have completed ten years of service, but less than twenty within the current calendar year will be entitled to a one hundred fifty ($150.00) longevity bonus.
   (d)   Eligible employees that have completed twenty years of service or more within the current calendar year will be entitled to a three hundred dollar ($300.00) longevity bonus.
