151.12 EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK.

The City of St. Clairsville, Ohio employee handbook, attached to original Ordinance 2002- 36 and fully incorporated herein, is hereby adopted by Council for the City of St. Clairsville and shall be applicable to all employees of the City of St. Clairsville, Ohio.
