151.09 EYE CARE PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES.
   (a)   Non-union employees who are otherwise eligible for hospitalization insurance shall be entitled to eye care insurance provided by Vision Service Plan. The premium for this plan shall be paid 100% by the City of St. Clairsville. For purposes of this plan, only the employee, employee’s spouse and the employee’s dependent children who are covered under the City’s group hospitalization plan are covered by this plan.
   (b)   The eye care plan herein created shall be retroactive to October 1, 2001. Further, the City reserves the right to terminate this plan upon thirty days’ notice.
   (c)   Unionized employees of the City are excluded from participation in the City’s eye care plan.
