151.06 OVERTIME PAY.

(a) For the purposes of this section, the following definition shall apply: a full-time employee is one who is employed on a permanent, as opposed to a seasonal basis.

(b) Overtime compensation will be paid to all full-time, hourly employees at the rate of one and one-half times the hourly rate.
