(a) Permanent non-unionized employees shall be entitled to three days of funeral leave for the death of a member of the immediate family, spouse, child, mother, mother-in-law, father, father-in-law, grandparents, brother, sister, nephew, niece, aunt, uncle or legal guardian.
(b) Permanent non-unionized employees shall be entitled to two days of funeral leave for the death of a member of the extended family when the funeral is over two hundred fifty highway miles from St. Clairsville.
(c) Bereavement leave shall be granted to the employee at the employee’s regular rate of pay.
(d) Bereavement leave shall not effect the employee’s sick leave accumulation.
