149.02 PART-TIME POSITION.
   (a)    The Dog Warden shall perform his duties as such on Saturdays or at his convenience and shall work not more than eight hours per week.
   (b)    The Dog Warden shall be considered for employment benefit purposes as a part- time employee of the Municipality.
