149.01 POSITION ESTABLISHED; DUTIES.

There is hereby created the employment position of Dog Warden whose duty and responsibility shall be to enforce within the Municipality, all laws of the State of Ohio and of the Municipality pertaining to dogs. The Dog Warden shall exercise the authority of the Municipality under such laws. (Ord. 1083. Passed 5-19-75.)
