There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the "Recreation Fund" to which shall be credited all moneys raised by taxation for recreational purposes, appropriations by the Municipality for recreation purposes, moneys ordered to be transferred to such fund, and grants, donations and contributions of money for recreation purposes by individuals, organizations and agencies, whether public or private.
The Finance Director is to establish such fund, to credit to such fund any of the aforementioned taxes, appropriations, moneys, donations, grants and contributions and to make disbursements from such fund for recreation purposes only.
