There is hereby created the employment position of Recreation Director.
The Recreation Board shall recommend to Council the appointment of a Recreation Director on an annual basis. The Recreation Director shall be an unclassified position.
The duties and responsibilities of the Recreation Director shall be to promote, coordinate, oversee, supervise and improve recreation for the people of the Municipality and the surrounding area, and to attend, whenever possible, and report thereon at each regular meeting of Council.
