(a) The position of Superintendent of the Water/Waste Water Department is hereby abolished and, in order to promote a more economical and efficient operation of said department, the positions of Superintendent of Water/Waste Water Plant Operations and Superintendent of Water/Waste Water Distribution and Collection are hereby created.
(b) The positions of Superintendent of Water/Waste Water Plant Operations and Superintendent of the Water/Waste Water Distribution and Collection shall work under the direction and supervision of the Director of Public Services.
