133.09 PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICER.

   (a)   The Finance Director is hereby designated the Protected Health Information Officer for the City of St. Clairsville.

   (b)   The Finance Director, as the Protected Health Information Officer, shall institute proper policies and procedures so as to protect the privacy of employee protected health information that comes into the City’s possession.
