133.08 INVESTMENT POLICY.

The Investment Policy attached to Resolution 2005-40 as Exhibit A is hereby approved and adopted as the Investment Policy for the City of St. Clairsville with the respect to the investment of the public funds of the City and shall replace any and all investment policies as previously established. (Ord. 2005-40. Passed 7-5-05.)
