(a) There is hereby created the position of Assistant Director of Finance in the unclassified service of the City. The Assistant Director of Finance shall perform such duties as directed by the Director of Finance.
(b) The Assistant Director of Finance shall be appointed by majority vote of Council and may be removed by majority vote of Council. The position of Assistant Director of Finance shall be one of employment at will.
(c) The salary for Assistant Director of Finance shall be established by ordinance of Council. The position of Assistant Director of Finance shall not be eligible for the various group term insurances provided other City employees.
