111.02 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
   (a)    Smoking Prohibited. No smoking shall be permitted in Council Chambers by any person at any time.
   (b)    Penalty. Whoever violates this section shall be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
