This tax shall be paid to the City Fiscal Officer each and every calendar quarter (first quarter payable by 12-31-15) and shall be remitted to said Fiscal Officer within fifteen days from the end of said quarter; the tax shall be paid by cash or check which shall be remitted together with an affidavit, signed by the owner of the hotel, or its manager, stating the gross receipts received for lodging during that calendar quarter.
