107.05 NOTICE OF DISCUSSION OF SPECIFIC TYPES OF BUSINESS.
   (a)    Whenever any person has made a request, as provided herein, for advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of public business is to be discussed, notice shall be given to such person by written notification or by oral notification. If oral notification is used, it shall be made not later than the first day preceding the day of the meeting to which it refers. Such notice shall state the time and place of the meeting and that the designated specific type of business is to be discussed.
   (b)    The request for notification shall be made to the Mayor in writing, shall state the name, address and telephone number of the person to be notified, together with an indication of the specific type of public business of interest. A separate request must be made for each speciffc type of public business. Each request shall be accompanied with payment to the City in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). The request shall be effective through the end of the calendar year for which it is made. Annual written requests must be made for each calendar year.
   (c)    The notices as to specific types of public business provided for herein shall be required only as to such public business which the Mayor knows, or through reasonable diligence should know, is to be discussed.
