(a) Notice of all regular meetings of all public bodies shall be posted, for each calendar year, not later than the second day preceding the day of the first meeting of the calendar year for each respective public body. The notice shall state the times and places of regular meetings of each public body. If any time or place of regular meetings is changed on a permanent basis, notice of the time and place of such changed regular meetings shall be posted not later than the second day preceding the day of the first changed regular meeting. Checks shall be made at reasonable intervals to ensure that such notices remain so posted.
(b) Notice of any rescheduled regular meeting of any public body shall be posted not later than the second day preceding the day of such rescheduled regular meeting. Such notice shall state the time and place of the meeting.
(c) Notice of any special meeting of any public body shall be posted not later than the first day preceding the day of such special meeting, except in the event of an emergency requiring immediate official action, in which event such notice will not be required. Such notice shall state the time, place and purpose of the meeting.
