The following rules are hereby adopted pursuant to Ohio R.C. 121.22, establishing reasonable methods whereby interested parties may determine the time, place and purpose of meetings of public bodies of the City. These rules are in addition to any applicable legal requirements as to notices to members of such public bodies or to others in connection with specific meetings or specific subject matters.
