991.15 ESTABLISHMENT OF STORM WATER QUALITY BOARD.

The Storm Water Quality Board is hereby established and will have such powers and duties as provided under this chapter, including but not limited to reviewing applications as outlined in Section 991.03, reviewing complaints, hearing appeals as well as any other duties outlined in this chapter.
