943.04 IDENTITY THEFT PREVENTION POLICY.

Council hereby authorizes and adopts the Identity Theft Prevention Policy attached to Ordinance 2008-51 as Exhibit A for the St. Clairsville Municipal Utility Office and said office shall implement the Identity Theft Prevention Policy upon passage of this section.
