The subdivider shall design and construct improvements not less than the standards outlined in these Regulations and other regulations of the City. The work shall be done under City supervision and inspection and shall be completed within the time fixed or agreed upon by the Director of Public Service. The minimum requirements for materials shall be in accordance with the Construction Regulations. All inspection, plan review, and reasonable costs associated with assuring compliance with City regulations, standards, ordinances and rules shall be paid for by the subdivider.
