1165.34 USE OF CITY UTILITIES.
   (a)    Developers shall exclusively use the City's utilities as an inducement for the City to participate in the development.
   (b)    This requirements may be waived only by the written permission of Council. (Ord. 85-11. Passed 4-1-85.)
