(a) Sidewalks shall be required on one side of the street in all residential subdivisions. No sidewalks will normally be required where the predominant lot width is greater than 150 feet. Sidewalks shall be located on the uphill side of the street.
(b) Public sidewalks shall be required for all commercial lots.
(c) Sidewalks shall be constructed of Portland cement, and shall be a minimum of four- inch depth by four feet in width. Depth of concrete shall be six inches through any driveway intersection.
(d) Wheelchair ramps shall be provided as necessary to provide for convenient handicapped access.
