(a) The developer shall endeavor to locate all City utilities on one side of the street easement keeping a minimum ten-foot separation between water and sanitary sewer lines per Ohio EPA guidelines. Non-City utilities should be located on the opposite side of the street when possible.
(b) All electric, telephone, TV cable and like utilities shall be placed underground, and shall be buried in conduit.
