All required improvements shall be constructed within two years of the acceptance of the final plat by Council.
For a period of one year from the date the constructed improvements were accepted by Council, the subdivider shall make such repairs or replacements as may be required by reason of defective workmanship or material, as determined by the Director of Public Service and a competent engineer, and a satisfactory guaranty shall be furnished to the City in the amount of five percent (5%) of the constructed cost of the improvement being guaranteed.
