The subdivider shall meet with the City Planning Commission and Director of Public Service, or their designated representatives prior to submitting the preliminary plat. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss early and informally the purpose and effect of these Regulations and the criteria and standards contained therein; and to familiarize the developer with the construction specifications, the zoning ordinances or resolutions, and the drainage, sewerage and water systems for the City.
