All principle structure’s facades must face the fronting street. In addition, a principle structure’s building facade must face the highest order street of the parcel or lot. When a lot is considered a through lot, the façade shall face the street that is part of the lots original subdivision or face the street that the adjacent structures face. (Ord. 2003-27.
