(a) The Planning and Zoning Administrator shall advise the Planning Commission of all matters other than routine duties pertaining to enforcement of this Zoning Ordinance and any related ordinance, and shall transmit all applications and records pertaining to supplements and amendments therein.
(b) All questions relative to interpretation and enforcement of this Zoning Ordinance shall first be presented to the Planning and Zoning Administrator for a decision. The Board of Zoning Appeals may be appealed to for a determination relative to the Planning and Zoning Administrator's decision.
