In addition to the Districts shown on the Official Zoning Map, all areas with average slopes over 15 percent affecting 50 percent or more of the parcel must follow the City of St. Clairsville Hillside Regulations found in Chapter 1167 of the Subdivision Regulations. Prior to the issuance of zoning permits within this overlay area all special hillside regulations must be met.
