Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be required to restore the affected sidewalk, curb, street furnishings, street lighting facilities or landscaping within the Improved Area to the same condition such improvements were in prior to the violation. The restoration shall be in addition to the criminal penalty imposed in Section 1103.99.
