Whoever violates any provision of Section 953.01 after service of the notice set forth in Section 953.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00); on a second offense within thirty days after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; and, on each subsequent offense within sixty days after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
