953.03 CITY MAY MOW PROPERTY; LIEN.
   If the property owner does not mow the grass and weeds within seven days after mailing the notice provided in Section 953.02, the City may cause the property to be mowed in compliance with Section 953.01 and the costs incurred by the City shall constitute a lien upon the property mowed. The Director of Public Service shall certify the costs to the County Auditor, together with the Auditor's parcel number of the property mowed, which costs shall be placed upon the real property tax duplicate of the property, and shall constitute a lien on the premises from the date they are placed upon the real property tax duplicate by the Auditor, and shall be collected in the same manner as other taxes.
