951.04 BURNING GARBAGE PROHIBITED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall burn garbage on any of the public ways, streets, alleys or other public places within the Municipality.
   No person, firm or corporation shall burn garbage upon privately owned real estate within the Municipality. (Ord. 945. Passed 3-20-67.)
